Trevor is a well-regarded expert with more than 17 years of investment oversight and monitoring experience with large global asset managers. Trevor is based in Singapore, Russell’s regional head office for its Asian operations.
As a credited industry expert, Trevor is closely involved in the development of best practice in investment oversight, performance and risk, particularly the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS), and is currently Chair for the Asia Pacific Committee for GIPS oversight in the region and member of the GIPS Executive Committee. He also chairs the IMAS Performance and Risk Committee in Singapore and acts as Advisor to the Executive Committee of IMAS. A well-regarded leading expert in the field of investment oversight, Trevor is a regular contributor to periodicals and conferences on the subject of best practice in investment oversight and developing trends.
John joined Mirae Asset Global Investments (HK) in 2008 as Head of Risk Management. He is responsible for developing risk management policies and performance monitoring tools.
Before joining Mirae Asset, John has worked for investment banks, asset management companies and multinational insurance companies.
John has a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from York University.
Celia Yan is a Risk Manager at ADM Capital with responsibility for global risk management across the ADM portfolio. She has several years of experience in financial services industry, and prior to joining ADM Capital, Celia worked for National Australia Bank in Melbourne as the manager of Investment Performance & Risk Analytics division. Her main responsibility covered performing fund performance and risk analysis for external institutional fund industry clients.
Celia holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Melbourne and a Masters degree in Quantitative field from Monash University.
